1 master bedroom suite with bathroom (shower and bathtub), dressing room, WC and private terrace. An exterior covered passageway leads to the bedroom.

A large living room with all windows opening onto the garden and the sea and mountain landscape, comprising lounge, dining area for 10 people.

A large covered terrace of 40 m² equipped with a table for 10 people, an outdoor lounge and a plancha.

An American kitchen equipped with induction hobs, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, filter and capsule coffee machines, toaster, kettle, blender.

At the top of the villa, a panoramic roof terrace offering a 360° view of the bay and the mountains.

The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm in case of a fall .

The design of the house requires the vigilance of parents for young children (walkways, open circulations, etc.). The 5 bedrooms are independent and not communicating with each other, their access is from a covered exterior passageway as well as towards 2 WCs for 3 of the 5 bedrooms

A security camera and automatic lighting are installed to monitor the entrance gate and the parking lot at the back of the villa .

The villa is equipped with a noise level measuring device.

Fire extinguishers and fire alarms are installed in the villa.
